Noted advisor to labor organizations and benefit plans, Dave has served as the managing partner and president of Bond Beebe since 2002. He has substantial experience in providing accounting and auditing services for local, national and international labor organizations and their related Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans. Dave has expertise in all aspects of federal reporting and compliance.
Dave has performed highly specialized work in forensic and operational auditing and has often been called upon to testify as an expert witness in these areas. Larry has earned a reputation as being exceptionally adept in the auditing of labor organizations, Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans, and employer contributions to those plans. He is a frequent speaker for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), has been an advisory director for that organization, and is a regular contributor to its many publications. Larry was also a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Expert Panel.
Additionally, Larry has taught auditing courses for over 20 years at the University of Maryland, and for various CPA review courses. He has also taught auditing in continuing education programs for the IFEBP, AHI Associates and various state CPA societies.

Since joining Bond Beebe in December 2003, David has primarily worked on engagements with employee benefit plans and labor organizations. David has hands on experience in supervising and performing audit fieldwork for both local and international labor organizations and their related employee benefit plans, as well as preparing and reviewing their informational tax returns.
In 2008, David was appointed to oversee the preparation and review of the returns filed by employee benefit plans with the Department of Labor. His experience with benefit plans consists of both pension and welfare plans for multiemployer, multiple employer, and single employer plans.
